The business is expanding quickly. We have been active in the US for a while but now due to demand we need to grow the New York team in 2018 and we need you to help us build on the success of the company in Europe.

About the Role

At ID Comms we need our Account leaders and consultants to be “fearless but not reckless”. This simply means being grounded and confident in your own knowledge and skills in order to guide good decision making. The role of an Account Director at ID Comms is to help our clients define the right strategies and make the right decisions that have a hugely positive impact on their business success.

In this role we need you to manage some key US client accounts and help us generate future growth with new client relationships. The role requires a positive energy, a confidence to use initiative and the ability to be a close trusted advisor to senior executives within major advertisers.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Be the primary daily contact for many of the New York office’s major client accounts
  • Develop strong and productive relationships with client leads, to be considered a close trusted advisor
  • Identify new business opportunities with US advertisers
  • Leverage your industry knowledge to be able to clearly articulate the value of ID Comms products and services
  • Work closely with the ID Comms Global Business Development Manager, to update on targets and success of new business pipeline, conversions & client planning
  • Use of CRM/ Sales tool to track growth of accounts and be able to retain and grow client relationships by anticipating their needs
  • Onboard new clients to ID Comms and ensure a smooth way of working and that we have many happy clients
  • Ensure proper client contracts are in place, scope of works are clear and we are getting paid fairly and on-time
  • Contribute to (and sometimes lead) development of new business proposals
