About the Role

At ID Comms we need our Consultant Partners to be “fearless but not reckless”. This simply means being grounded and confident in your own knowledge and skills in order to guide good decision making. The role of a Consultant Partner at ID Comms is to help our clients define the right strategies and make the right decisions that have a hugely positive impact on their business success.

As a Consultant Partner to ID Comms, we need you to be a senior part of a project team and bring your experience, integrity and gravitas to benefit our clients. The role requires a positive collaborative energy, a disciplined work ethic and the ability to be a close trusted advisor to senior executives within major advertisers. You will work flexibly with us, on a contractual basis.

You will possess:

  • Up-to-date knowledge and practical experience of US media and marketing practices
  • Deep domain expertise in strategic media management, process, digital media and/ or media performance
  • Experience working directly within advertiser companies (or closely with them at an agency)
  • Experience and insight across industry sectors would be helpful
  • Management or lead practitioner experience on client, agency or consulting company
  • A track record of successfully delivering internal projects and / or consulting projects
  • A track record of successfully managing working productively with senior client-side stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring and advising senior advertisers
  • Proven ability to mentor junior project team where needed
